Tom Morton founded Archangel Cloud in 2022; after leaving the military in 1991, and with almost four decades working across engineering, communications, security, satellite remote-sensing, and technology-enabled care services. That combined experience shaped Archangel’s core belief: better outcomes depend not only on better technology, but on trusted collaboration between the organisations responsible for delivering services to people, property, and places.
