Beyond the Home gives people the confidence to leave home and take part in everyday life, knowing they can reach someone they trust if support is needed. They can speak directly to a friend, family member or carer, or send an alert containing their location.

Authorised staff can view location information and receive notifications when agreed safety-zone rules are breached. These can be configured around each person’s needs by location, day and time.

For care providers, this means earlier awareness that someone may need assistance, relevant location information and a clearer basis for an appropriate response.

The outcome is a more person-centred balance of independence and safety: greater freedom and reassurance for the individual, with timely, actionable information for the professionals supporting them.
