Archangel focuses on international growth with key appointments

Glasgow-based digital health and housing innovator Archangel Cloud Limited has recently made two key appointments in David Rowan as CEO and Strategic Lead for their ambitious international growth initiative, and Kirsty Jagielko as Chief Marketing Officer. In addition, David will join the Archangel Board of Directors, alongside Chief Revenue Officer, Brian Brown.

David’s appointment allows Archangel’s founder and former CEO, Tom Morton, to support the business strategy as Chairman, where he will focus on advocating for a more joined up approach to the future of health and social care across the UK and globally, and on developing Archangel’s strategic partnerships.

Formerly European Divisional Director at Aspire Software, David Rowan brings leadership experience from senior roles at Chubb Fire & Security, CBRE and Johnson Controls, as well as his own renewable energy start-up Qore Energy Group.

One of David’s first acts as CEO was to appoint a new CMO to support Archangel's bold growth plans. Kirsty, based in Inverclyde, has over 20 years of experience in marketing and strategic growth planning for UK and global companies in the healthcare and wellbeing sectors.

The challenges that Archangel’s device agnostic middleware platform helps to address across health, housing, social care, and beyond are global in nature. Negotiations are actively ongoing around opening new international markets, including in Australia, where the social care challenges to support older adults aging in place mirror those faced in the UK.
